Baby Quilt for Audrey

 My sister in law commissioned me to make this quilt for a friend of hers.  I was super excited when they choose this design. 

The colors they wanted were purple.  Purple was hard for me because I am not a purple person, but with the help of my little girl who loves purple, we were able to find a delicious pallet of purple fabrics.


 The back is super soft and fuzzy Minkie.  I love the way the quilting textured the back.

My favorite part of this quilt is the fuzzy brown bear.  I appliquéd him on and them did a really thick zig-zag stitch around him (he is not going any where :0).

 I also quilted her name at the bottom of the quilt.

High Quality Cotton fabric on the front
Soft and Fluffy Polyester batting
Soft, Fuzzy Minkie on the back
Machine quilted

    Britney made this quilt for my friend and I to give as a Baby gift to our friend/co-worker. He and his girlfriend loved it so much that he later told us he was even afraid to wash it and instead hung it near the crib so that it would last....lol.
