I had seen the main panel print when it was first released and loved it. But I didn't buy it then, luckily. Later I came across it in the clearance section of my favorite shoppe. Later I found the zig-zag print, also in the clearance section. Then I was able to purchase a charm pack from that line of print on clearance months later! So in recap I found all of the fabric on clearance over about a years span! What luck!
I created the pattern based on the fabrics and I adore how it turned out. I would do the same pattern many times over. It was so fun!
I backed the quilt with minki, my new favorite thing to do. Then I quilted the zig-zags with zig-zags (LOVE IT!) and did an all over stipple on the panel piece.
I decided to crochet an bunny to go with it. And believe it or not, this is my own pattern! I now can't for the life of me remember how I did it, but it turned out very cute.
