4th of July Dress

 This little girl is in love with "loooong" dresses.  So, I make to order. :0)

 The ruffles everywhere made her so happy.  Ruffles on the front, ruffle sleeves, and ruffles at the bottom.

 The skirt is a circle skirt so it was very full and twirly.

 Sorry, couldn't figure out how to flip it.
